Smoked Salmon Dip

 

1 cup smoked salmon, flaked

1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons horseradish

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Finely flake salmon and set aside.  Mix together all remaining ingredients.  Add salmon and chill for several hours before serving.

 

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a crowd.  Canned salmon can be substituted but then include a few dashes of the spice “Old Hickory Smoked Salt”.
